Keller Williams, the first national brand to partner with dotloop to make the real estate process hassle-free for all parties involved in the transaction, has seen massive adoption across the company since launching eEdge with dotloop in early 2011, showcasing the growing demand for a more digital experience throughout the real estate transaction process to get more deals done. Highlights include:

75+% adoption of dotloop and the MyTransactions platform across all active Keller Williams Realty associates at the end of 2012, a year-over-year increase of 70+%.

75+% percent broker adoption of dotloop across Keller Williams at the end of 2012. 81% year-over-year growth of ‘loops’ (or transactions) created weekly by Keller Williams associates.

Nearly 23,000 associates added to the platform in 2012, with nearly 2,500 additional associates already added so far in 2013.
