dotloop updates: Team Process, Transaction Types and Connection Emails

To make the dotloop experience better for you, we bring updates and fixes every Wednesday night. Every update of dotloop includes improvements for speed and reliability as well as additional features to help you do more with dotloop.

“Add to team” popup warning
All users know the importance of the “add to team” feature that dotloop provides. Now, there will be a warning message to ensure that this is exactly what you want to do and ensure that users know this is a permanent change and cannot be undone.

Option to update Transaction Type on My Loop page
Recently, dotloop updated the transaction types available to give users more options. Now, users can update the transaction type without even entering a loop! Loopers can now update the transaction type and loop status directly from the “my loop” homepage.

Service Provider connection emails:

In an effort to help connected service providers and clients work together, we have updated the connection email to show more details that are relevant to both parties. As a result, we’re closing the communication gap between trusted service providers and the clients they are connected with.
