To make the dotloop experience better for you, we bring updates and fixes every Wednesday night. Every update of dotloop includes improvements for speed and reliability as well as additional features to help you do more with dotloop.

myTransactions for Teams – Submitting Green Sheets
KW teams will now have the ability to submit to greensheets by using the new “Submit to Greensheet” tab. In the event that you’re the admin of multiple teams, you will prompted to select the specific office that you would like to submit a greensheet to.

Document Concierge Service Now Available

We’re excited to announce that we have officially launched our new “Document Concierge Service.” When you request a custom document to be created, your project will be reviewed by a member of our team. If we have any questions, or need additional materials to help get us started, you’ll hear from one of our team members. Otherwise, you will receive an email letting you know the project has been accepted, along with an estimated completion date and total project cost. When your project is completed, you will be charged to your credit card on file and your success manager will notify you.

dotloop iOS Updates

Split documents

After last week’s iOS update, you will find that you have the ability to split documents directly within the application. Simply go to “actions” within a document you will find the “split” option available!

Signature Verification

We know that signature verification is important to our users, so we made sure that the same verification options that are on our web app were available on our mobile app! Now, when a document has been signed, you will find a link in the header of the document that will take you directly to the verification page.
